Brenners Park-Restaurant
Brenners Park-Restaurant, with its two Michelin stars and 17 out of 20 Gault Millau points, is an exquisite gourmet restaurant in Baden-Baden which from Wednesday to Sunday seats 45 guests for evening dinner.
Since the opening in spring 2002, its Chef de cuisine Andreas Krolik and his team have enjoyed excellent reviews in the major restaurant guides. The latest accolades are a second star in the Michelin Guide and 17 points in Gault Millau, both in November 2010.
Chef de cuisine Andreas Krolik’s team worked very hard and with full commitment to continuously improve its performance following receipt of the first star in 2005. In addition to Chef de cuisine Andreas Krolik and his equipe of chefs, Restaurant Manager Josef Breitenfellner and Head Sommelier Karl-Heinz Schopf and their service teams are also responsible for this success.
Frank Marrenbach, the Managing Director of the 5-star superior hotel, close to the Black Forest, comments: “Maintaining a high standard is not enough – not in our grand hotel, not in our gourmet restaurant. I am immensely grateful to Andreas Krolik and the entire team of the Brenners Park Restaurant for their excellent competence and great dedication.”
On Whit Monday, 28 May 2012, the Park-Restaurant will be open at
7 pm.
Because of the opening times on Whit Monday, the Brenners Park-Restaurant will be closed on Wednesday, 30 May 2012.
